Sarafina services believe that if any activity is not about people then it is about failure. People are not faceless machines responding to the push of the key but are God-endowed achievers who should not be overlooked.
Thus we are a skills based firm that seeks to resource our human fellows with the abilities that the job market needs.
We train young boys and girls from upcountry and equip them with the tools necessary to make them relevant in a fast changing economy. Our focus is on helping them achieve gainfully in the fields of employment.
We train persons from domestics/au pairs/housekeepers to repairpersons who handle technical tasks that are frequently overlooked day by day.
Our job is to make their economic value serviceable in an economy in dire need of the same.

We train and deploy labor according the specifications of the market. Thus we offer a skills base or repository from which any given organization, institution or person can draw from in order to get the best out of the human resources on offer in the market. The kinds of labor that we train and deploy is soft-skilled i.e. they handle menial and blue collar functions.
The job market is in desperate need of persons who are oriented to doing chores that are deemed ‘dirty’ or ‘low’. And we at Sarafina believe that a job should be judged on how honest it is whether white, pink or blue collar.
And so we are offering training services of a lifetime for those who share our vision and belief.

We are located in Kampala , Uganda . But our activities spread a web whose strands can be felt regionally.
